La prima editie a competitiei International Metropolitan Triathlon Brasov sportivii nostri au fost dominati de triatlonistii veniti din Ungaria. La proba olimpica atat la masculin cat si la feminin locul unu a fost castigat de sportivi din tara vecina Balogh Bence respectiv Szabolcsi Fruszina. La proba scurta la fete locul intai a fost castigat tot de o sportiva din Ungaria – Vizi Viktoria. La masculin castigator a fost concurentul nostru Daniel Attila de la Tri-Aluta Sf. Gheorghe.
